I had to track this image down when I found it on Pinterest. It reminds me a lot of Russ Nicholson's art who recently passed away. He did artwork for the Fighting Fantasy novels(1982-92) and the original Fiend Folio for Dungeons and Dragons (1981). I just want to say how much joy it brought me and share those old works incase they inspire you as much as they do me.
